New Years Eve

Nate worked on New Year's Eve, and I spent the day getting ready for our Knott's Berry trip, because we were leaving on Jan. 2nd.  So we didn't do much, but we had a lot of junk food, nachos, taquitos, popcorn chicken, candy, sparkling grape juice, and we stayed up till after midnight.  At midnight Nate go on Skype with us to wish us a happy new year.  Funny story, we had some little fireworks to light off.  The kids took them out and left them in the backyard waiting for us to be ready to light them.  The dogs got into them, and Dax ate part of one.  After that his eyes swelled up, then his lips, and after I gave him some Benadryl, the swelling went down, but the hives came.  He was miserable right up to the time we left for our Knott's Berry Farm trip on the 2nd.
