It is the tradition to shoot off rockets at the sump, and this year was no different. The kids all love to chase the rockets and see if they can catch them. We ate yummy watermelon and shot off a lot of rockets. After the rockets, we drove to Nate's station in Gilbert to watch fireworks. The Town of Gilbert was doing their big fireworks show right next to the station, and we had front row seats. Only firefighters were allowed to park at the station and watch from there. It was great, and the kids could run around and play while we waited for the show to start.
