Jaden's High School Graduation

The morning of graduation, Jaden had to be to the school for a practice run through.  After that he went to IHOP to hang out with his friends.  No classes for the graduates.

The graduation ceremony was held at ASU's Wells Fargo Arena so that a lot of people could attend and be in an air conditioned building.  It was nice, and we were pretty early and had good seats.

I wanted to get a picture of Jaden receiving his diploma.  We had all agreed to stand up and cheer for Jaden when his name was called, but as his name was called only Grandma Morris stood up to cheer.  I was laughing that no one else stood up, and I looked up at her and missed my shot.  So I have a picture of Jaden walking off the stage.  Oh well, it's a funny memory.

It was so nice of so much family to come and celebrate Jaden's graduation.  Grandma and Grandpa Morris were there, Lola, Jason and Rachelle and family were there, along with Caleb, Colby and Darien.  Outside of the arena was so packed with families wanting to get pictures, but we managed to get some still.  These cousins are pretty close in age and enjoy hanging out with each other.

Payton is really going to miss Jaden when he leaves.  She wants to spend as much time with him as possible, and she is always wanting to get pictures of just the two of them.  Because she wanted her own picture with Jaden, the other kids also wanted their own pictures.

Of course, the we need more pictures with everyone.
