(Thank you Mom, for taking these pictures and sending them to me!!)Lauren and Landon got invited to this Grandma Day, along with their cousins Reagan, Dawson, Boston, Porter, and Mason. They had such a good time playing and hanging out. Grandma planned a lot of fun activities for them to do.
They started out in the backyard with the slip-n-slide, and water games like water balloon wars, sharks and minnows.
Grandma grew these pumpkins in her garden, and the kids got to pick one, and have pumpkin rolling races.
After the races, they settled down to paint and decorate their own pumpkin.

After the outside fun and games, they headed into the house to eat hot dogs and chips for lunch. They made sugar cookies, and watched "Bolt" with lots of candy and snacks. Both Lauren and Landon couldn't stop talking about what a great time they had. Landon said this was the best Grandma Day ever. Lauren asked when the next Grandma Day was going to be. I am so glad that grandma does things like this. It makes good memories for the kids, and they have a blast hanging out with their cousins. The older kids are having a separate Grandma Day, and doing cool "older kid" stuff. What a cool grandma they have!
