Payton and Nate were the only 2 brave enough to go on the Supreme Scream. Jaden was all talk the whole drive there, but when he saw how tall the ride was, he backed out.
The kids loved the log ride, especially Landon. Dallin is sitting back with me, so he didn't get in the picture.
We got good seats for the ice skating show. It was all about Christmas, and very cute and well done.
The rides that the older kids wanted to go on, Landon was to short for, so Landon and I went to the little kids ride section and did some rides on our own. Everyone had a great day, but boy were we tired at the end of the day.
I am so glad that we were able to go on this trip. Knotts Berry Farm had a deal in the month of December that all firefighters and police and wives got in free, and up to 6 others were only $15, so it was a really quick, cheap, fun trip over. We woke the kids up at 3:30 am and told them to go get in the car we were leaving on a trip. They had no idea what was going on. We got to CA, and just headed to the park. We spent the whole day there, and we didn't leave until 9:30pm, when the park was almost closing down. We stayed the night in a hotel, and visited the beach the next day, before heading back home.

Love deals like that. We've been saving for 2 yrs for a trip to Disneyland and keep coming up short. With this "Give a Day" service project, we might be able to swing it this year. But shhhhhh...the kids don't know and we want to surprise them after school kind of like you guys did. :)
